We were looking for something different for our southern calif. home that nobody else had, rather than the same boring offerings from Home Depot we saw on every other house on the street. These (one for the front doorway and two/one on each side of our garage)were just the ticket and add tremendously to the overall curb appeal of our home. We got them in white and they contrast perfectly with the tan shade of our house with white trim. The indirect lighting that they cast at night when lit is great. They definitely add a desert-like 'Palms Springs' kind of look for lack of a better description. We have received lots of compliments on them and would recommend them to anyone looking for some great outdoor lighting to add to their home. They also arrived very well packed and in perfect condition and I found their quality to be top-notch. I swear I still look at them every morning when I leave for work.
