Are the dimensions the toilet bowl only or w/ tank?
A:The dimensions are bowl only, and the tank is 19 inches across. An insulated tank prevents condensation from forming on the outside in humid areas, and a bolt down lid is basically an anti-vandalism design where the lid is secured to the tank by an extra bolt.
