bad finish on the towel bar

I have other Dottingham towel bars
by Allied Brass I have bought before,that are in very good shape. They sell a quality product. The one I bought from you should have been sent back for a replacement. Unfortunately my husband had put it up before I saw it. The bar part has a real bad finish to it. Thank you.
