review of rw-24 - retro-wave 2 post toilet tissue holder

The tissue holder is the right finish & looks great now but when it was received, the knobs on the brackets were identical & we had to switch them all around so that the holes were available for the bar. The spring within the bar does not work, so that when I put on a new roll I have to manually stretch it to fit in the holes.
