I ordered three items from store: two towel bars and toilet tissue holder. all items were advertised to ship in 2-3 days. order was accepted dec.1. first delay notification came stating items were to ship dec.17. received items jan.18. finish on one towel bar support was definitely compromised but because of manner of installation decided not to return it. also i didn't know if we would have received similar treatment and delay in the return and new shipment for replacement. product was acceptable but not perfect.
