i ordered two pulls for the new refrigerator and they are perfect! i ordered an additional one for the dishwasher a month later and the colour is slightly off though i ordered the exact same product. since the appliances aren't directly next to each other i can live with it but i'd have returned it if they had arrived like that (one mismatched).
the quality of the metal and the service were very good, though.

We are thrilled with our Classic Appliance Pull. It is absolutely beautiful, was the icing on the cake for our new kitchen and we feel we found great value and quality at a very reasonable price.
