First time ordering with ATG Stores.com and I selected this beautiful faucet. No problem with the order nor the shipping, received as quoted. The faucet was installed with no problem and it looks beautiful. I was very impressed with the quality and value.....thank you so much and I would recommend shopping with ATG, good quality items.

The Kraus faucet appears to be excellent. However, ordering experience with ATG was below expectations. Inventory status was not accurate-parts shown in stock which actually were not. Order fulfillment tracking was also poor. Substitute part had arrived prior to website order status showing a tracking number. Issues could be on Kraus' end, but it reflects poorly on ATG.
