I live in mexico where it is cold in the winter months. I researched on the internet and this towel rail seemed ideal. I ordered 2 through a friend who transported them to Mexico. I am so happy with them that I ordered another! Wall mounted, leaves my floor space free an accommodates towels for at least 2-3 people and the wet bath mat. Everything is dry in an hour or so.. I use the rail to dry clothing and also as a radiator to take the chill off the bathroom. I leave the towel rail on constantly and it is extremely economical. As my guest bathroom is on the shady side of the house and inclined to be damp, again I use the towel warmer as a means of airing the room. The towel rail is not the cheapest on the market, but I feel it suits my needs.
the rail is very simple to install and with the generous length of cable can be located in most places.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought a wall mounted Kensington Towel warmer. It installed easily for me as I am fairly good with handiwork. But most folks who can handle a drill and screw driver should have little trouble. My unit was chrome and the rails were well finished. My unit was a plug in but also cam,e with additional hardware so that it could be wired directly to the electricity (a nice option). But the chrome finish on that hardware was poor in places. It wont matter to me as I will be plugging my unit in.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
