THE INSTALLER THAT PUT THE FAN IN SAID IT IS REALLY A GOOD FAN. IT IS VERY SMOOTH AND LOOKS VERY SLEEK. I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO PUT IT IN BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT OF ANTIQUES, BUT IT LOOKS GREAT. ALSO, IT CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

We love the sleek look of this fan and it has great air flow. The only problem we had was that the remote seemed kindof finicky and then after 4 days stopped working all together. I Called Ceiling Fan Universe and they called Casablanca while I was on hold. After a few minutes, they came back on the line with a number for me to call Casablanca directly. Casablanca Tech support walked me through re programming the remote and it's been working like a charm since (about a week). I was pleased with the service and the (luckily) easy solution to the provlem

We were slightly disappointed with the light cap fixture, as it didn't attatch evenly to the bottom of the unit. We were also very unhappy to find that the unit shipped with a 3 INCH downrod versus the 3 FOOT downrod we were told the unit would ship with!!
After going to the local hardware store and purchasing an additional downrod, the fan looks great in the space, doesn't wobble at all, and makes hardly a peep even at full speed.
