The ordering process was good. Your sales associate, Renee Mizrahi, was very helpful and answered my all of my questions in a very timely manner. I appreciated the shipping updates to let me know when I would receive the fixture. On arrival, we found that one of the light arms was not attached correctly and had come off in the container. It took some effort, but we did get it reattached to the fixture after adjusting the screw length. That was the only negative in the process. The fixture can be mounted either up or down. The max. lamp size is 100 watt(per stem) yet four 60s or 75s is enough. It is well built,even for China.
