Just had these installed today. I have three direct wired to one light switch. The brightness is just right. These fixtures look good (not cheap like so many under cabinet ones).

I bought and installed this as a replacement for a halogen fixture in a watch display case at a jewelry store. Illumination is bright, well dispersed and flattering to the watches on display. I hope the xenon bulbs live up to the claim of lasting far longer than the halogens.
