it's a very nice fixture at a great price. Couple things- the "oil rubbed bronze finish" is much closer to black than it is to other "oil rubbed bronze" finishes. In fact, you have to hold something black next to it to see that it's NOT black, but a very dark brown. But, fortunately it looks fine. The only other thing is, hopefully you already know how to install a fixture, because the instructions are terrible. They don't even look like they belong with this particular lamp. But all in all, it looks good and is well made. It's just not very bronze-ish!

This chandelier is absolutely stunning! The colors are rich and the materials have a weight to them and is very well constructed. The light covers, however, don't screw onto the base and just sit there sort of perched on top so it makes me just a bit nervous. I'm not sure if that's typical of most chandeliers. In terms of installation, this was my husband's first stab at installing a chandelier and the directions were pretty difficult to follow. I read them as well and I thought they were incredibl difficult to decipher. He ended up finding a do-it-yourself video on youtube that helped in far more than the instructions.
