We have had 4 of these in the past 8 years. There is no other companies that make them (that I can find) so you have to buy another one. In the past we have paid to have them installed. This time we are saving money and installing it ourselves. The handles break or come off which isn't too big of a deal. What has happened to all of ours is the tank starts to leak. It can mess up your cabinets with the steam being caught in it.

The handle broke off in (2) two years, used a prong to lift the metal piece so we didn't have to buy another one immediately. seeing that just about everyone here is complaining about the same issue " The Handle broke off" I will not get another. Otherwise, it worked when it was suppose to, but it was very noisy when it filled and heated up and it also dripped.
