The service was excellent, and I am very pleased with the product I purchased. The product looks very good in my home, which it adds great detail to my bathroom than my older faucet. The installation of the faucet was easy and straight forward.

This was my first time purchasing from the Allied Hardware Group, and I am pleasantly surprised. It was relatively easy to order and once I received my product the plumber had no problems installing it and all the parts were there.

This product was for my own home; however, I am an interior decorator and plan to use Allied in my search for decor for my clients.

When I received the faucets, one had a bad gasket and I had to request another. This was quickly shipped. But within a year one of the handles has broken off at the screw fitting. I can't find a replacement locally and will probable have to buy a whole new faucet.
