I was a little nervous to make a purchase on line without actually seeing the product, but I did not have much choice since I needed a single hole faucet with a side spray and there were no stores that carried that combination. I bought this faucet from this website and when we received it and my husband installed it we were thrilled. The quality was fabulous and the service from the website was great.
