This is a replacement for the one I had purchased from Frontgate ~12 years ago. Looks the same and feels the same but for some reason, the top is very loose. As long as it is not being moved around and you are just "pumping" perhaps it should be ok; but I am concerned that it will come off and create a situation with porcelain, etc as it is pretty heavy. May be I ended up witgh a default product -not sure. I t is not used yet, but dont have the shipping material anymore.

Totally disappointed. Does not appear to be brass. Took the pump mechanism from this dispenser and inserted it into my REAL BRASS dispenser that had stopped working, hence I now own an $80.00+ plastic pump insert.

The finish on this dispenser is not high quality. Once I compared it with the Real Brass dispenser and brass faucet in the bathroom you can tell this dispenser is not Brass. The mechanisms inside is plastic not metal like my original dispenser. Disappointed!
