As a maintenance supervisor for a housing authority we are fairly versed in all aspects of maintenance . this being said this faucet took 2 full days to install. it should come in one piece . Which is not the case . We installed in and it constantly leaked . Schematics were not good . I still do not know if it was missing gaskets or the directions were wrong . We wound up taking it apart 5 or 6 times since you cannot work on it without dismantling the whole faucet. I dont understand why it comes disassembled like you would find a normal kitchen or bathroom faucet. Finally a 50 cent gasket we purchased stop the leak . Oddly enough the schematics do not show using a gasket where we installed it .

(2)installation nightmare

I was surprised to see the faucet needed to be put together. I was expecting a one piece faucet like most kitchen faucets .after we installed the faucet we realized we were missing a o ring that was not in the package Even after installing a o ring that the schematics showed we had to take the faucet out 4 times the leak would not stop. After installing the faucet again it still leaked looking at the schematics didnt help . we wound up installing a nut at the bottom where the stem goes into the tee with a o ring clearly not what the directions showed A couple hundred dollar faucet should come in one piece and not cost several hundred dollars in manpower to install. I am the maintenance supervisor for a housing authority and would not recommend this for anyone .
